Three good days

Saturday: Walked the Dish with good company.

Sunday: Hit the gym for some light squats: back, front, and overhead.

Monday: Walk/run 3-1/4 miles around the neighborhood, 40 minutes.

Following the Gospel of CrossFit, tomorrow we rest.
